- Spread Sriracha on parchment paper or a ParaFlexx sheet.
- There's no need to spread it with a utensil, just shake it vigorously and it will spread and level on its own.
- The finished Sriracha will have a fruit leather consistency and may be tacky, but it should not be sticky.
- It can be rolled up and cut into pieces for rehydration or adding to food.
